These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to requests you send through it. NOVA Installation (“NOVA”, “we”, “us”) provides appliance installation, plumbing fixture installation, kitchen installation and furniture and fitness equipment assembly in Toronto and surrounding areas.
1. A request is not a booking
Sending the request form is not a confirmed booking. The date you choose is your preferred date only. We will contact you, and the date and time of the work are agreed with you directly, by phone. A booking exists only after we have agreed the date and time with you. No payment is taken on this website.
2. Prices and HST
The prices shown on this website are shown without tax. 13% HST applies to all services and is added to the prices shown. Prices marked “from” are starting prices, and items marked “price by quote” are priced individually.
3. Additional services
Additional services are paid separately from the installation price. For example, old appliance haul-away is $40 plus 13% HST and is not included in the price of an installation.
4. Information on this website
- We may update prices, services and other information on this website at any time.
- Images labelled “Illustration” are illustrative only and do not show our completed work.
- NOVA Installation is an independent installer and is not affiliated with IKEA or any appliance or fixture brand mentioned on this website. Brand names belong to their owners.

6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
